 Lots of times when we as humans book travel we goto the most popular site and book the travel. Their are so many sites like orbits ,priceline,travelocity, and the list goes on. Many people have forgot about the travel agent because of the lack of personnel commitment , that many Travel Agenta refuse to use. I myself am guilty of not always following these steps, These steps will help you realize that the travel agent cares about you as a person instead of just you wallet or should I say credit card 

The travel agent should start by asking question about you  lIke,

 How often do you travel a year?

Have you ever been there before?

Is this your first trip with our agency?

What are you going there for?

Is this a vacation or is the business?

Will you be traveling alone?

What made you decide  to call our agency?

Do you have any concerns about the trip?

Are there other places you are thinking about going to ?
